Amanda Lancaster

Office Manager/RDA

Amanda began her career in 1999 as a dental assistant in Pediatrics. In 2004 she earned her RDA license. The next 15 years she consulted and managed various dental offices and specialty teams. As our liaison to patient care, she excels in communication of dental treatment options and how best to utilize your insurance. Amanda will help coordinate and explain any concerns a patient may have and absolutely loves helping others. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking vacations or spending all day at the baseball field. She is always on the go!
Martha Eberlein - meet our friendly staff

Martha

Registered Dental Hygienist, Marketing Director

As needed she will sub in for our hygienists and front desk. She is passionate about delivering quality care to all our patients and does so by keeping up to date on the latest news in dentistry. Martha met her husband Dr. Kyle Eberlein in Alamosa, Colorado, while they both worked in the migrant dental health program. Martha Eberlein earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from the State University of New York at Farmingdale. She has more than 30 years of experience in the dental field. Currently, Martha promotes and markets our practice to our local Chambers as well as with the medical and dental communities.
Janine Bowling

Registered Dental Hygienist

Janine graduated from Tarrant County College with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008. She has also worked in our office since 2008. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate care to all of her patients and is up to date with current trends, tools, and research in the dental arena. Janine is always uplifting and ready to deliver her very best.

Lupe Suarez

Registered Dental Assistant

Lupe graduated from dental assisting school in May 2012. She has always had an interest in oral care which sparked her dental career. She was born and raised in Fort Worth. Lupe enjoys being in the dental field and getting to know her patients. During her free time Lupe loves to spend time with husband, son and friends.

Jillian

Registered Dental Hygienist

An Arlington native, Jillian graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2016. Before becoming a hygienist she worked as a dental assistant for two years. By staying current with the latest research, she is able to educate her patients on the state of their gums and how it may be affecting their total body health.  She seeks to deliver quality care in a positive, relaxed atmosphere that will have you leaving with a smile.

Shannon Haynes

Registered Dental Assistant

Shannon graduated from dental assistant school in December 2019. She joined Mid Cities Dental as an intern in January 2020 to further her skills with the help of Dr. Eberlein and Dr. Gulati. She is always thriving to expand her knowledge both in dentistry and healthcare. Her goal is to help every patient feel comfortable, confident, and as if they aren’t just at the dentist but among friends. Shannon also has a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. She is married, has 3 children, and enjoys remodeling, crafting, family time, and hiking.

Desirea, a native Texan, started her dental career in 2011. She is dedicated to quality patient care and loves interacting with her patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her two beautiful children, friends, and family.

Grey

Registered Dental Assistant

Grey started her dental career in 2014 after finishing collage. She wanted to have a better understanding of dental care to be able to help family members who presented problems with their teeth. She dedicates her passion now to dentistry and loves new challenges. In her spare time Grey loves to spend time with her son and is always down to hit the gym with boxing gloves one!
