The Bedford office has merged with the Hurst office.

Dr. Eberlein, Dr. Gulatti, and Dr. Summerlin are happy to see all of our patients at one location. We are located at 556 W. Bedford Euless Rd, Suite E, Hurst, Texas. Our office is open Monday through Friday with varying hours to help accommodate your visit.
