Ouch! You Broke A Tooth And Are In Desperate Need Of Emergency Dental Care
Dental Emergencies
When you or a family member experience a dental emergency, we make every possible effort to see and treat you as soon as possible.
When you arrive at our office, you will be asked to fill out a:
- Patient information sheet.
- Medical history.
- Financial Policy form.
Dr. Eberlein will then do an oral examination. An x-ray may be required. Hopefully, it will be a simple task to determine the source of pain or trauma. Once diagnosed, Dr. Eberlein immediately starts to alleviate your pain by fixing the problem.
What questions will the Dr. Eberlein ask you?
- How long has it hurt?
- What makes it hurt?
- How much does it hurt?
- Have you been taking anything for the pain?
- Do you have any swelling?
- How long has the swelling been there?
Main reasons for a toothache include:
- Decay (cavity).
- Periodontal (gum) disease.
- Physical trauma.
Once diagnosed our focus is to preserve your tooth or replace after removal. Modern, state-of-the-art technology now gives you all kinds of options to keep your teeth for a lifetime.
With a combination of training, experience, judgment and skill, we provide you the highest quality, individualized dental care. Please call us and let us know how we can help you.
